We provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment based on family values and Christian principles where our children can come together to interact, play, learn and grow.

Our main focus is on school readiness skills. We use the NCF 0-4 and CAPS Grade R, syllabus which is an integrated syllabus catering for each child’s different learning style and promotes a School Readiness Programme that prepares our children to excel in the surrounding schools of the Berea area both private and public.

Set in the heart of the Durban CBD we offer the unique opportunity of an outdoor space. We have a spacious roof garden equipped with a jungle gym, slide, ball skills area, sandpit and a natural grassed area thus catering well for gross motor development.

We offer a holistic programme that develops self- esteem and confidence. Katie’s places a strong emphasis on emotional support and social development all necessary to prepare your child for the classroom environment at big school.
